Made in three parts that flow seamlessly together, this top brings to mind the tumult and serenity of a cascading waterfall. Featuring a v-neck, short sleeves and empire-waistline, it can be easily changed from a shirt to a dress of any length. Pattern includes instructions for lining, but it can also be layered over a tank top, etc.
